the spacious room was a welcome feature of the stay.
I found the lack of attention to detail disappointing, especially given the hotel's reputation and price. the breakfast selection was repetitive. the entrance also felt somewhat unsafe. I had to walk up the driveway (an alternative route through the lobby was inconsistently accessible, depending on the staff).

i found that the rooftop decor felt outdated. i also noticed the sheets in the bedroom felt damp. it.

Our two-bedroom beautiful suite ocean view was fine with a huge balcony! the balcony seemed to go on forever. i loved to lie in bed and hear the surf. It was such a relaxing experience. we were on the fourth floor, so all we could see was the ocean.
i noticed the sunset rooftop seemed outdated. it had a decor reminiscent of a children's jungle birthday party. updating this space could enhance the hotel's overall appeal!

The staff were familiar with the menus and offered helpful suggestions when i asked! there was a butler service available, and they responded in a timely manner. I found this useful. housekeeping maintained a high standard and addressed all my needs efficiently. service was indeed fantastic.
